Today I turned 32. Wow. I am getting old. Sometimes I feel much older than I am, sometimes I feel much younger. My in-laws came over today to celebrate. I'll be getting together with my family this weekend. My wife bought me an Ipod Nano. Pretty cool. I bought her one for Christmas. It is so small I am half afraid I'll end up breaking it but I think it'll be okay. My in-laws bought me a couple shirts and a gift card for Itunes. I have a ton of cds that I'll pick and choose songs from and put on the Ipod. This will be nice to have for the gym. My in-laws are terrific. They brought over take out chinese. It was really quite good. I ate too much and believe me, I am paying for it.
You won't be hearing much from me about comics the next few weeks. I have decided to give up reading comics for Lent. Crazy, I know.
I still can not believe I am 32. That just feels...wrong.
I am hoping to go see Watchmen this weekend. We'll see. Things are pretty rough at work. They laid off 38 people at my plant yesterday. They also let go of 40 people at our parent company in St. Louis. On top of that everyone is taking a temporary pay cut. It's scary but at least i still have a job.
